KING TRANSITION SERVICE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Crestelle Living, a private community-management and resident app. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted when you use Crestelle Living.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, Crestelle Living may process:
- Account information, including your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile information, such as your name, preferred name, phone number, biography, profile photo, and privacy settings.
- Community membership and role information used to determine access to resident, administrator, management, or platform features.
- Community content you submit, including posts, comments, reactions, group messages, marketplace listings, photos, event RSVPs, issue reports, and related attachments.
- Notifications and in-app activity needed to operate app features and keep community information current.
- Technical information required to securely operate the service, troubleshoot failures, and protect accounts and community data.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Provide access to the correct community and role-based features.
- Operate resident directories, community feeds, groups, marketplace features, events, issue reporting, notifications, and administrative tools.
- Maintain community records, security, moderation, auditability, and service reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
Community Visibility
Crestelle Living includes privacy controls that allow residents to control whether selected profile information is visible to other members of their active community. Community administrators and authorized management users may have access to information necessary to manage the community and resolve resident requests.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary to operate Crestelle Living, including with authorized community administrators or management personnel, service providers that host or support the app, or when required by law. Community content you intentionally post may be visible to other authorized members according to the feature and your community access.
Data Storage and Security
Crestelle Living uses secure hosted infrastructure and access controls designed to separate community data and restrict access according to authenticated identity, membership, and role. Private files are protected with controlled access mechanisms. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate community records, meet security and audit requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. Some shared community records may need to remain after an account is deleted so that other residents, administrators, or property-management records are not damaged.
Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside the Android app by going to More → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, personal account information, memberships, personal notifications, profile photos, eligible personal uploads, marketplace listings, and RSVPs are removed where applicable. Shared records that need to remain—such as historical group messages, community issues, moderation records, or administrator-created community content—may be retained in anonymized or reassigned form without the deleted user's active account identity.
Your Choices
You may update supported profile and privacy settings in the app. You may also request account deletion or contact us with privacy questions using the contact information below.
Children's Privacy
Crestelle Living is intended for use within participating residential communities. If you believe personal information has been submitted by a child in a manner that should be reviewed or removed, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Crestelle Living features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
