KJW Juice & Wellness (“KJW”) is provided by King Transition Service LLC. This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices associated with the current version of the KJW mobile application.
Information Collection
KJW does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information to use the app.
The current version of KJW does not collect or transmit personal information to King Transition Service LLC for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing purposes.
Information Stored on Your Device
Certain KJW features store information locally on the user's device so those features can function. Examples include:
- Favorite recipes
- Grocery list items
- Grocery item status and related locally saved preferences
This locally stored information is not transmitted to King Transition Service LLC by the current version of the app.
Advertising, Analytics & Tracking
The current version of KJW does not contain advertising services, advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics, third-party analytics services, or third-party behavioral tracking technologies.
KJW does not sell user information to advertisers or data brokers.
Health & Wellness Information
KJW provides general educational content related to recipes, foods, nutrition-related topics, wellness, Jamaican foods and ingredients, microgreens, hydroponics, food safety, and general body-system education.
KJW is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. KJW content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical questions or before making significant changes related to your health or diet.
Health Data
The current version of KJW does not access Health Connect, medical records, electronic health records, body sensors, or other personal medical or health records.
KJW does not create a personal medical profile for the user.
Third-Party Sharing
The current version of KJW does not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention & Deletion
Favorites, Grocery List information, and related app preferences are stored locally on the user's device. King Transition Service LLC does not maintain server-side copies of this information in the current version of KJW.
Users may remove locally stored information by using available delete or clear functions within the app. Local app data may also be removed through Android app-storage settings or by uninstalling the application.
Because KJW does not currently provide user accounts, there is no KJW cloud account or server-side user profile requiring a separate account-deletion request.
Children's Privacy
KJW is a general food, recipe, and wellness education application and is not specifically directed toward children.
The current version of the app does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children.
Security
KJW is designed so that current user-created Favorites and Grocery List information remains on the user's device rather than being transmitted to King Transition Service LLC.
Users should maintain appropriate security protections on their Android device, including device access controls and current operating-system security updates.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
King Transition Service LLC may update this Privacy Policy when KJW features, technology, legal requirements, or data practices change.
When the policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be revised.
